Simple Easy Every Day Meditation method taught to suit the needs of teenagers and the unique stage of life transition they are in. Students will learn and practice a silent mantra practice, Mindfulness techniques to use as both meditation and to use to be more peaceful and more present in the day-to-day experiences of life, as well as Peace Finder Practices to help when we find ourselves in times of severe stress, conflict or fear/ anxiety.
