What is Panchakarma?

Panchakarma, five therapies in Sanskrit, is a comprehensive Ayurvedic remedy to revitalize our body and optimize its natural capability to eliminate toxic substances and enter into a state of continuous rejuvenation.

It is a blend of five intense Ayurvedic steps administered to heal, cleanse and detoxify your body, remove the doshas and correct imbalances.

Ama (as it called in ayurveda), the toxic substance gathered in our body due to lifestyle and dietary irregularities and poor exercise regime, results in diseases and loss of vigour.

Panchakarma, through rigorous application of herbal oils, massages and unique diet, purifies the body at a deep level and eliminates the body wastes through natural channels.

It also improves metabolism, boosts immunity, balances weight, opens up blocked channels, strengthens tissues and reduces stress.

Undergo a positive transition brimming with renewed strength, improved health and youthfulness.

Experience the joy and well-being of Panchakarma!
